Drs. Tara and Jonathon Douglas utilize instrument based chiropractic adjustments for spinal and extremity issues. Our primary technique is Upper Cervical Chiropractic. Specifically Atlas Orthogonal. We also utilize the following techniques: Activator, SOT Blocking, Arthrostim, Myofascial Release, Flexion/Distraction and Pilates based rehab. We treat: Headaches, Neck Pain, Dizziness, Upper Back Pain, Arm Pain, Midback Pain, Low Back Pain, Pelvic Pain, Shoulder and Knee Pain. Dr. Tara is advanced certified in Pilates Based Rehab. She focuses on core strengthening in order to prevent and correct spinal issues.
