The Flourishing Nest is a sanctuary for women to slow down, tune into their needs, and reconnect to their power. Through family centered chiropractic care, women’s emotional wellness coaching, and trauma-informed healing, we help women reclaim their health, leadership, and joy—one rooted breath at a time. Dr. Alex has practiced in Fairbanks since 2012. She is a highly trained pediatric, perinatal and family chiropractor with additional certifications as a Trauma Sensitive HeartMathTM Practitioner, board certified health and wellness coach and a background in positive psychology. Her unique approach addresses all aspects of wellness, both the physical and the emotional.
