Dr. Steven Forest is an upper cervical chiropractor in Alameda and has graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1979. The Blair chiropractic technique is a unique system that consists of analyzing and adjusting the upper cervical vertebrae of the spinal column. These vertebrae may get misaligned which could interfere with the functions of the brainstem and spinal cord. Special attention is required for these two cervical vertebrae, the atlas and axis, as they are both the most freely moveable vertebrae in the spinal column and the ones that are most commonly misaligned.
