If you are an adult, bendy body, active and wish to remain active, seeking injury recovery and graceful aging wanting to learn about you, then we are the right fit. Utilizing Postural Neurology, developmental exercises such as DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), pelvic floor dysfunction therapy, spinal manipulation and mobilization, we are proud of our success rate.
