Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy are at the center of everything we do. During your appointment, we will utilize a number of modalities, including soft tissue work, stretching, rehabilitation exercises and chiropractic adjustments. Our appointments are a minimum of 60 minutes in length. We don’t double or triple book. During your appointment, our focus is solely on you. We don’t believe in long-term contracts, or pressuring you into treatment plans that involve a high financial commitment. Our goal is to keep you out of our office by getting you back to your optimum health and fitness state.
