Welcome to my Google profile. I'm Dr. Alex. My office is located in Lower Haight at 557 Waller St. b/w Pierce & Steiner. I offer many service besides gentle chiropractic care, including soft tissue release, personal training, yoga for more strength & flexibility, ergonomic evaluation, nutrition consultation, weight loss recommendations & Nasal Specific Technique to name several. I believe that reaching more ease in the body and mind comes from having a well rounded care plan, as such I offer many options of care for my clients. I have been in practice since 2007 and have worked with clients for more than 2 decade. My goal is to meet people where they are at while striving to give a well rounded program of care to reach individual needs.
