Aimed at "Protecting Dreams," Dr. Mark uses many sports therapy and sports chiropractic techniques to help athletes recover and maintain performance as well as help pregnant mammas with their prenatal aches and pains. We offer many therapies, including sports cupping, myofascial release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy (IASTM), Rocktape kinesiology taping, and chiropractic adjustment techniques to achieve results athletes and mamma's need to keep their dreams alive. We will evaluate YOU and YOUR condition to give you a specific approach to helping relieve your discomforts and pain, and/or increasing your performance.
