At CHIROCENTER, we have a team of chiropractors who are trained in many different techniques to address a wide variety of injuries. Techniques includes: * the chiropractic adjustments, * soft tissue work * personalized rehab plans, and * acupuncture treatment. * Our office utilizes MCKENZIE TECHNIQUE, CORE STABLILIZATION, Neurodynamic Techniques and active mobility drills. * We FOCUS on easy-to-implement activities using body weight, bands and free weights. * Our goal is always to have the patient become independent of the clinician and self-manage their condition.
