Foundation Sport & Spine is a chiropractor clinic based in Arlington Heights. We have been treating issues ranging from back pain to sports injury to plantar fasciitis to you name it! for more than 10 years. We craft a customized, corrective care plan that addresses our patient's individual needs so that they can get back to doing what they want to be doing.
