In practice I believe that taking my time with each patient, listening to their concerns, and addressing the root cause of the problem is vital to achieve optimal health. Long term relief or prevention of disease is possible by treating the entire body, not just the individual symptoms. I believe that the body has wonderful abilities to heal itself when fed with proper nutrition, exercise and chiropractic adjustments. I would like to provide therapy to my patients while also educating them on the ways they can take their health into their own hands."
