We are not just your typical chiropractic office. We treat each patient and their presenting problem uniquely. When you come in, Dr. Crystal will do a thorough history and examination which will dictate your individual treatment plan. Most issues involve both the joints and muscles, so most patients will receive a combination of chiropractic and soft tissue therapy. We don't stop at helping you get better, we teach you how to stay better. You will learn the proper stretches and exercises needed to train the proper movement patterns and strengthen the areas of muscle weakness that likely played a role in the initial problem. Many of these exercises and stretches include core strengthening and proper posture training.
