Universal Wellness Source proudly serves the health of individuals and groups in the Roscoe Village, Avondale, West Lakeview and Logan Square neighborhoods. We believe in “Providing Wellness and Corrective Care for Healthier Bodies” and offering a whole-body approach to wellness and health. Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on treating diseases, the corrective care at UWS emphasizes the importance of improving health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness, before it happens.
