Dr. Weiss has been in private practice for the past 30 years and specializes in orthopedic injuries. He is an expert in spine rehabilitation, as well as other sport-related injuries and preventative care. Care includes Chiropractic, StretchSmart, AbSmart, and BackSmart exercises , conditioning, and functional movements. Dr. Weiss works to create a customized program for patient’s specific needs and goals. Dr. Weiss teaches Pilate reformer classes while maintaining a full-time practice. Dr. Weiss has written The ABSMART FITNESS PLAN, THE BACKSMART FITNESS PLAN, STRETCHSMART. Dr. Weiss has been interviewed on Project Health Radio on health and fitness based on this system.
