At Active Health Spine & Sport, our mission is to get our patients out of pain and get their bodies functioning properly in as few visits as possible. We spend much time on your health history and exam to make sure we have all of the information to come to the correct diagnosis the first time by using gait analysis and functional movement tests. From there, we use chiropractic adjustments, stretching, trigger point therapy, strengthening exercises, and much more to treat your condition.
