The primary method of care at Unruh Chiropractic and Wellness is the chiropractic adjustment. We use a caring, gentle, yet highly effective prone adjustment technique that is still done by hand. With our technique there is no need to worry about any rotational twisting motions. The purpose of the adjustment is to restore proper joint motion and help the body to move in the way that it was designed. We also have a spinal decompression table available.
