I was introduced to my first chiropractor at the age of 19. I did not receive my first adjustment because I had back pain or because I had whiplash from an auto accident. I went because it was explained to me that the nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and all the nerves) was in charge of everything in my body and by getting adjustments to my spine, I was improving my everyday health.
