Yes, you’ll get ‘the crack’, but you’ll also get a good dose of different soft tissue techniques, depending on what it is you come in with. While I love working with and getting to know all of my patients, I don’t want you to be totally reliant on what I can do for you. It is essential that you to take an active role in your recovery and learn what you need to do to achieve and maintain your goals. Educating and giving you the tools you need to aid recovery and keep yourselves well is what it’s all about for me.
