Dr. McDonough specializes in the treatment of sciatica, disc problems, arthritis, knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders as well as issues involving the neck. We are authorized to treat individuals involved in car accidents. The primary type of adjustment we use is called "instrument adjusting" and there is no pain, no twisting or cracking. Dr. McDonough is also a registered nurse and has been active in the medical community on the South Shore since 2000. Diagnostic testing is very important in creating a differential diagnosis. Patients are encouraged to bring or make available any previous testing such as x-rays or MRI reports to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment.
