Dr. Sam is a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic at Cornerstone Chiropractic Health Partners in Montevideo, MN since 2005. He has a family practice and cares for patients of all ages. Dr. Sam is also certified in chiropractic spinal trauma & works with patients who have had back or neck injuries. Additionally, Dr. Sam has completed post-graduate training in occupational (workplace) health & is certified to conduct DOT approved physical exams, drug testing, & alcohol screens.
