About Us about runnels chiropracticDr. Steve Runnels graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College and began practicing in 2001. His wife Stacy is originally from Cassville, and they would often visit and spend time at the lake. Dr. Runnels soon fell in love with the small-town feel of the area, and they moved there in 2005. After practicing for more than 15 years, he decided to open Runnels Chiropractic in Bentonville, seeing all ages of people who want to get out of pain and reach the highest levels of function and performance.
