Former location of Dr. Craig Fluhr. Dr. Picard is dedicated to providing individualized, quality care to his patients. He seeks to enhance the health and wellness of his patients, both adults and children, through safe and effective Chiropractic care. To this end, Dr. Picard works closely with other health care providers within the community. Dr. Picard attended Tulane University and then Los Angeles Chiropractic College- the highest accredited Chiropractic school in the country, and has over 25 years experience within the Huntington community.
