Over the decades, Dr. Stern has trained in Chiropractic, Sports Medicine, Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), Corporate Wellness, Personal Development, Leadership Training and The Hakomi Method (mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy). ​ His primary focus on NSA, the key component of his heart-centered integrated approach, reflects his dedication to improving all aspects of his patients' lives.
