Dr. Ian is a 2005 graduate of Federal Hocking High School where he developed a love for sports and a passion for science. Following high school Dr. Ian earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and further pursued athletics in the form of competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting. After undergrad Dr. Ian attended New York Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Masters degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition while continuing to work with athletes of all kinds. Since then Dr. Ian has accumulated a number of specialty certifications pertaining to Sports Performance, Sports Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning.
