Fortitude Health and Performance is a Chiropractic facility offering Chiropractic care, acupuncture, dry needling, laser therapy, movement assessments, School/Sports Physicals, Manual and Cupping Therapy, as well as the Normatec full body recovery system. We treat a wide variety of injuries including lower back pain, headaches, sprains/strains, extremity pain, sports injuries, and auto accident injuries. We strive to get to the root cause of injury, so we can create an individualized program to get you not only feeling great but functioning optimally. In addition to hours listed, we are available on Saturdays by appointment only.
