Active Release therapy which is a form of massage that breaks down spasms and knots. I also do advanced stretching focusing on muscle communication and performance. Lastly Chiropractic adjustments to get mobility and prevent degeneration. I treat neck pain, back pain, numbness, tingling, headaches, muscle injuries. I accept most PPO insurance.
