Gold Buckle Chiropractic does not accept/file claims with any insurance but can take payments from a HSA/FSA account. Dr. Natalie is also a Certified Animal Chiropractor by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association and offers equine and canine chiropractic treatment with a Vet referral.
