Dr. Dan Davidson founded the Back Resort in 1985 offering chiropractic, massage therapy, exercise rehab, posture training, orthotics, nutrition and functional wellness. Dr. Davidson has been voted the Top Doc Chiropractor three times in the Roanoker magazine and has earned Bedside Manner awards in Our Health magazine multiple times.
