She is a certified Childbirth Educator Mentor with Birthing From Within and trained doula. She is also a certified BIRTHFIT Leader focusing on postpartum rehab. She utilizes therapies like craniosacral therapy, dry needling, electric stim, therapeutic ultrasound, kinesiotape and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) to help people reach their health goals.
