I-94 clinic is conveniently located in front of the Pilot truck stop and across the street from Loves truck stop at the intersection of I-94 and Ryan Rd. in Oak Creek Exit 322. I-94 Clinic shares a building with the 160 Driving Academy and is located in the back of the building next to the scale for the Pilot. Dr Fisher DC has been performing DOT exams and caring for truckers full time for over 4 years, and has performed nearly 10,000 DOT exams. We provide fast, accurate DOT exams in a relaxed environment to keep you compliant, safe, and get you back on the road. We realize that it can be hard to keep appointments, so in our office no appointments are needed, Walk ins only. In most cases, drivers are in and out in under an hour.
