In my early years of practice (in the early 2000s) I was getting pretty good results with just traditional adjustments of the spine and extremity joints. Improving movement and function of joints is a key to relieving pain syndromes, performing better at work or recreation, and increasing general health and vitality. But, what allowed me to improve my outcomes and get excellent results in less time was the addition of "soft-tissue" therapies. It turns out, the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia that support the joints are just as important to treat as the joints themselves.
