Outten Chiropractic
This is a great office!
“I have been seeing chiropractors my whole life. I have seen a few in Ohio before I moved and they were good chiropractors. They were professional and I had good service. However, since I moved to NC and found Outten Chiropractic I didn't know what it meant to get great service. I come for my appointments and feel like I am visiting friends. They all have a smile for me and genuienly want to know how I am doing and what has been going on in my life. We share stories and laughs. They make sure that I am taken care of. I get this at home feeling while still getting the professionalism that you would expect. There are no words to describe how wonderful Outten Chiropractic really is. All I can say is, give them a call and find out.” -

Don't sign any contracts!
“I tell all of my friends to stay clear of Dr. Outten. I went there for arm and neck pain and was persuaded to sign a contract for reduced fees. I was told that if the treatment wasn't working, he would release me from the contract. I had over 50 adjustments using the Pro-adjuster, which felt like a jack hammer on the spine. I told Dr. Outten that my arm would go numb after the treatments. I was getting worse and worse, until my family Dr. suggested I quit treatment. She saw I had massive muscle spasms, and in less than 5 minutes, she solved the problem with mild traction. Dr. Outten refused to let me out of the contract, so I paid the balance and left. My arm was still hurting, and I was referred for an MRI. It turns out that I had a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, with referred neck pain. Thousands of dollars later, the problem is solved. If you do go to Dr. Outten, please do not sign any contracts. I think he really believes he can do miracles and just doesn't hear you when you give him feedback to the contrary. Oh, and instead of massage to relax you, they hook you up to electric stimulation; some people might like that, I prefer a more personal touch. I doubt I will ever go to a chiropractor again, but if I do, I will never sign another contract, and will be wary of grandiose promises. I never write reviews, but I feel so strongly against this medical practice, that I want to alert others. \n” -
